Phone System Repairs

All phone system repairs (fax lines, etc.) should be entered into the technology work order system.  A TO-5 form (school secretary has them) should be completely filled out, signed by the principal, and forwarded to Teneka Newsome at the Central Office.  The Technology Department will contact the state Information Technology Service and put in a work ticket to CenturyLink or ITS.  Do not call the phone company directly for phone repair service.

Requests for repair or replacement of district cell phones should be forwarded to the finance officer.  All requests for initial setup and reinstalls of district cell phones should be forwarded to the finance officer who will put in a technology work ticket.

Classroom and office phones are part of a networked system.  They do not require ticket to ITS.  Please complete a regular technology work order for any repair requests.
