Mrs Powell is a media teacher at Central Elementary School . She graduated from Elizabeth City State University in 2021 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Elementary Education and Community Needs . Mrs. Powell is currently attending Appalachian State University, majoring in Library Science. She has earned her provisional license as a Media Specialist. She loves being in the library, where she can help develop young minds. She is dedicated to changing the lives of children through learning and reading.  She enjoys reading, listening to music, and working on the computer.
